There are six rooms in total, three on the raised ground floor and three on the first floor. All rooms are uniquely furnished, with great attention to detail and are all very cosy. They have two windows and they are therefore very bright and particularly fresh, also during the summer.
All rooms are fitted with private bathroom with shower, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioned and independent heating for the winter. The rooms may either be furnished with a double bed or with two single beds. Upon request, an additional cradle for children under 3 (baby bed) or a bed for children under 12 (junior bed) are also available.
Linen provided: bed sheets, including those for baby bed and junior bed, towels for bathroom and pool.

The small kitchen is located on the first floor, with direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with a table and two chairs. The kitchen is available to guests to warm up or prepare food and drinks, particularly for children. It is equipped with a fridge, electric hotplates, a table with four chairs and a highchair for babies.
The breakfast room is located on the lower ground floor of Villa Alba. Created by renovating the ancient cellar, the breakfast room is characterised by a cosy and homey atmosphere. The room can be accessed both from within the building and from the garden. The breakfast buffet is served every morning from 8:30 to 9:30 AM and includes: milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, orange or pineapple juice, cornflakes, jam, honey, chocolate spread, melba toasts, brioches, etc. In addition, we will offer something which is always very appreciated by our guests: traditional Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses, bruschetta with olive oil or with fresh tomatoes and, in occasion of festivities, such as Christmas or Easter, we will also be serving some traditional cakes and sweets from the Tuscan tradition.
